We are currently seeking a Digital Artist/Photo Retoucher. This is a Long-term full-time freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities



The responsibility of the Digital Artist/Retoucher will be to correct hi-resolution photo imagery. The duties will include but are not limited to, color correcting, retouching of imperfections and adjusting layers/masks and paths. Additionally, an ideal candidate should be independent and have the ability to recognize and solve potential problems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience of both Mac/PC platforms and programs.

Strong knowledge of PhotoShop CS and a minimum of three years working experience.

Expertise in photography/digital capture, file management, web optimization techniques and hi-resolution digital retouching.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience retouching high-end/luxury products, especially jewelry and/or experience in an interactive agency.

Experience with spectrophotometers, ColorEdge Navigator Software, EIZO colorEdge, Graphiclite, color correcting, art director, color specialist, graphic designer, production artist, photoshop, acrobat, InDesign
