Third Keyholder / Management Trainee
As a 3rd Key employee you have completed all CBT Curriculum, and have started working on Management Training. You are proficient in completing the Signature Service Oil Change in every position including Team Leader, while using the correct Call Response System. You can demonstrate the ability to explain the Signature Service Oil Change and our pricing to customers and fellow employees. You are also proficient in completing all Ancillary services in a timely manner, and are proficient in executing the Customer Cycle including the “no handles” policy, providing a positive experience for the customer. You are proficient at running the floor and crew, with focused attention on the customer experience.
You have several areas to track your performance: CSS, Dollars over base, Ancillary Tracker, Trends and Employee Productivity report. It is your responsibility to reference to these performance trackers to improve your customer experience and maintain the minimum sales target for your service center.
