JTSS Execution
J-Team Services Standards (JTSS) are our procedures to service a customer’s car in a timely manner. You are required to know every position in a 5 person team with in the first 90 days of employment with the Company. You will learn JTSS from two places, Computer Based Training (CBT), and On the Job Training (OJT).
The CBT will consist of multiple course modules including; Orientation and Safety, and JTSS-Upper Bay Technician. At the end of each module you will take a Certification Test. When you pass your Certification Test it is now time to get your On the Job training. The manager or floor manager will conduct the OJT with you. When you pass your OJT the manager or floor manager will sign off on your proficiency examination. You must be proficient in all positions within the first 90 days of your employment. It is you’re responsibly to complete all CBT modules. If you are not able to complete all CBT and be proficient in all positions of the 5 person team you will be put on an action plan to get you on track.
