Customer Service Advisor
The primary function of a Customer Service Advisor is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. Customer Service Advisors communicate vehicle service recommendations to customers with the intent to educate the customers on vehicle maintenance requirements. They must also have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as be able to speak effectively with customers and employees. Customer Service Advisors may also be required to work with their hands on cars.
Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED and valid TN drivers License. You are required to be able to legally drive the customers vehicles so a valid liscence IS required.
Training will take place at our Farragut Jiffy Lube Service Center location (11012 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37922) so that the functions of the Customer Service Advisor can be learned correctly and then the potential employee will be placed at a nearby location once the training is completed.
