Job Summary

  • Ability to greet potential guests in various CMP locations
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, enthusiastic manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Receive guest requests and ensure that appropriate actions have been taken.
    • Answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, and directions.
    • Communicate with other departments as needed via telephone
    • Answer a variety of questions for guests pertaining to their reservations.
    • Develop broad knowledge of company procedures, products and services
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

    • Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Basic office skills helpful, including basic math, proper cash handling procedures.
    • Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
    • Be able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
    • Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
