    • Bachelors Degree plus (8-10) years overall IT experience


    • 3-5 years of managing BA's and/or a technical team of analysts


    • Minimum of 5 years overall as experience as a (BA) Business Analyst


    • 3-5 years experience in systems analysis and design skills i.e technical skills, e.g. SQL programming, project management software (e.g. MS Project), process diagramming software (e.g. Visio), office automation software (word processing, spreadsheets), and presentation software (PowerPoint).


    • 3-5 years experience in Web based systems requirements gathering; agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM).


    • 3-5 years experience with HR IS systems, such as Oracle HR and PeopleSoft.


    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with HR groups configuring and supporting SuccessFactors systems


    • Experience with HR implementations as well process documentation - both as-is and to-be for HR.


    • Experience with Agile development methodologies, e.g. SCRUM


    • Experience with Oracle ERP, HR, Taleo implementations


    • Experience with .Net, iOS, HTML, and other web based system implementations

Position Overview

The ERP Applications Manager is responsible for the development of a Technical and Operational planning and analysis platform to support the Global Consumer Group's Human Resources & Technology organization.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

  • Exercise leadership role in development, evaluation, &roll-outof new Finance and HR strategic initiatives.
  • Analyzes business problems to determine appropriate technical and/or non-technical solution.
  • Documents existing business processes, and works with business departments to determine new or improved processes.
  • Sets project direction, general plans and project phases in line with corporate and budget objectives.
  • Develops test, integration and implementation plans, and manages implementation process.
  • Provides management information needed by users and Company management.
