    About the Position:Search is continuing; applications welcomed.Tenure-track position in Accounting at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Position is subject to funding availability.

  • Position Responsibilities

    Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting. In addition, scholarly research and publication, student advising, and participation in college and university activities are integral components of this appointment. Effective teaching and publication in refereed journals are required for tenure and promotion.

    Required Qualifications

    • Doctoral degree in accounting or equivalent is required by appointment date
    • Strong teaching and research record or clearly demonstrated potential
    • For appointment at the Associate Professor level, demonstrated participation in curriculum and program development, and significant published research
    • AACSB academically or AACSB professionally qualified
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in teaching courses with a writing component and a student-centered educational environment
  • Scholarship specializing in accounting systems or auditing
  • Teaching experience in accounting systems or auditing
  • Professional certification
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students and colleagues
  • Academic Emphasis:Accounting
