    Creates/executes services zone marketing activities for GEHC West Zone. Supports the US/Can and assigned Zone Marketing strategy and executes the Services marketing mix for the zone. Create/execute go-to-market plans by leveraging market and competitive analyses, clinical and industry trends to identify opportunities. Execute Services zone-based programs, events, and campaigns, including value proposition, positioning and training.
    Essential Responsibilities

  • Supports the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and growth strategies
  • Working with Zone sales and marketing leadership on the allocation of promotional budget, driving the development of KPIs and tracking of spend
  • Collaborating with Services Zone and Product Marketing, USCan Commercial and Deal Hub teams
  • Understanding customer's clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizing customer segments and business opportunities in conjunction with functional and modality leadership, leading to needs-based segmentation and Go To Market (GTM) plans
  • Executes services zone marketing strategy, value proposition and solutions positioning
  • Identifying external resources/partners (including GE Corporate) to contribute to integrated customer solutions
  • Partner with US/Can Services Sales Training team to drive zone training.
    Qualifications/Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing and/or customer solutions.
  • Ability to drive and execute growth vision and marketing strategy
  • Proven Healthcare service/product/industry experience
  • Strong influencing skills; team oriented; able to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the zone
    Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
    Desired Characteristics 1. MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in marketing, service/product marketing or related field
  • Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
  • Peripheral vision to nurture creative ideas and innovation
  • Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports
  • Prior experience in a customer solutions marketing organization
  • Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
