Embraces, promotes, and is accountable for delivering, Fulton Financial Corporation's superior customer service. Promotes and coaches the sales and service culture (internal and external sales efforts) to branch personnel. Exemplifies the meaning of the optimum service experience for customers while coaching and training the branch personnel on how to deliver the best customer experience. Meets individual customer experience goals per established measurements. Responsible for the administration and operational function of the branch while supporting and contributing to the sales initiative at the branch level. May operate in a decentralized decision-making environment and exercise assigned lending authority to decision consumer loans. Responsible for all or part of small business loan process (branch originated loans) from interview to closing. Proficient in Federal Banking Regulations and bank products. Supervises branch personnel and ensures that goals and objectives are being met at the various levels within the branch staff. Actively participates in bank sales efforts and achieves designated goals.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Must possess excellent listening/hearing skills to be able to communicate effectively with other people in a clear, concise manner. Must be proficient in MS Office (specifically MS Word, Outlook and Excel).
One to three (1-3) years related experience required.
Prior banking expereince.
Minimum two (2) year college degree or equivalent experience required.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to supervise staff and possess the desire to coach, motivate and foster a team environment. Ability and desire to sell bank products and services. Ability to recognize referral opportunites and involve bank business partners as appropriate. Understand how individuals behave, learn and are motivated; knowing alternative ways of working with or influencing people. The ability to comphrehend written material and perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide). Ability to analyze, compile, compute, copy, compare, speak and take instruction. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to organize, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to exercise good judgment and resourcefully solve routine problems. Must possess the desire and ability to participate in Training and Development courses related to retail banking.
