Directs and oversees field services activities within an organization. Plans and develops policies and procedures for on-site installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensures all field service projects are completed within budget/deadline to meet customers' needs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.

Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
Professional certification (PMP) preferred.

10-12 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.

Successful candidate must be able to obtain and retain a USPS security clearance. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US and a resident of the US for the previous 5 years with no longer than a 90 day absence.
