Minneapolis based SWAT Solutions is hiring due to client satisfaction and growth. Currently we are seeking to hire 3 Senior Java Software Developers who have experience with Quality Assurance and Agile Methodologies.

Ideal skills are 5-7 Years’ experience with JAVA

Minimum 1 Year experience with Selenium/Open Source Development

Experience in employing commercial and open-source test tools to include planning, analysis, interpretation, and report writing

Strong understanding of agile software development life cycle methodologies

Hands-on scrum experience

Strong understanding of release management processes

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards and best practices

Understanding of database schemas and querying tools (i.e. SQL)

Understanding of programming language concepts
