As a result of our rapid growth, we are currently hiring a Sr. Technical Recruiter. As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and delivering high quality candidates across various skillsets and professional communities in a timely manner. The qualified candidate will have solid industry knowledge and the ability to develop a network to identify top talent. If interested, top performing individuals will have the opportunity to progress into leadership roles or Account Management / Sales positions within Fahrenheit IT.

Additional Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Sourcing qualified IT candidates on a daily basis
• Pre-qualify candidates to ensure proper skillset match with available positions
• Database maintenance of internal CRM system
