Position: Environmental Air Quality Engineer

Location: Several locations including: Houston, Dallas, Austin.
Job Summary
Fortune 500 Company — Air quality consulting group.
Primary focus will be with Midstream Oil and Gas clients (Midstream experience highly desired)
Responsibilities
Able to function as seller-doer.
Development and execution of business with a targeted list of commercial, state and local,or federal clients with goals for revenue, cash management, and direct margin, and achieving client satisfaction/repeat business.
Prepares, and directs preparation, of proposals, work plans and reports.
Supervises project team(s), manages project scope and ensures that deliverables are produced to proposed specifications, on schedule and within budget.
Represents the company to client and maintains client relationship within a client management hierarchy.
Requirements
Must have BS degree in chemical, petroleum, environmental, or mechanical engineering (advanced degrees preferred).
Professional Engineering License required, and ability to obtain TX PE within 6 months of job start.
Must have minimum of 8 years of air quality experience (industry and consulting in aggregate).
Must have at least 3 years of consulting experience (preferably in the energy, O&G, utilities or chemicals sectors).
Must have written a minimum of 6 Title V air permit applications.
Must have a strong professional background in air quality regulation required both at federal and state level (Texas experience preferred).
Must have experience with GHG issues and regulations.
Must have demonstrated experience developing technical proposals and budgets.
Must have demonstrated ability to lead teams on large air quality projects such as NSR/MACT
Air dispersion modeling skills preferred.
Must have demonstrated ability in client development and management.
Demonstrated skills in presentation to clients and in technical conferences/seminars.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Position may require some travel.
