Pipe Welder Requirements

  • Have own tools including tig rig (with all hoses, guages, flow meters) and stinger
  • Pass drug screen
  • Pass both weld tests (listed below)
1. 2 inch schedule 160 carbon, tig the root, hot pass, and stick out
  • 6 inch schedule 40 carbon, 6010 root, 7018 filler to cap
