Job Summary

Assist the pharmacist staff in filling prescriptions ~ as Ohio Regulations allow and as outlined in Pharmacy SOP documentation. Responsible for reviewing and verifying all procedures and processes are being followed per Pharmacy SOP. Follows directions. Responsible for the integrity of company processes by documenting transactions and verifying processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist staff in filling prescriptions.

Maintain accurate records per company and regulatory requirements.

Quality check picked orders for accuracy prior to packing and shipping.

Performs monthly and quarterly audits of company processes, procedures and documentation as assigned.

Participates in client and regulatory audits, as needed.

Actively expand role by increasing efficiencies and eliminating wasted tasks.

Be flexible with job responsibilities: may perform other assignments from time to time as directed by Triplefin management.

Skills

Mail Order Pharmacy experience preferred but not required.

Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills.

Must be able to multi-task.

Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.

Must be able to thrive in a team environment, stand / walk on concrete floor for long periods of time, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English language.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required.

Must have 1-2 years of previous Pharmacy Technician supervisory experience.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and BCI background check.

Active Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
