POSITION TITLE: Dishwasher at Barrio Culinary Concepts, LLC
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Chef

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots. Responsible for maintaining dish room and dish machine. Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.

Essential Duties

  • Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
  • Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer as specified by manufacturer.
  • Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
  • Remove all garbage.
  • Break down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.
  • Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
  • Report necessary equipment and maintenance to supervisor.

  • Other Duties

    Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Sous Chef or Chef.
