Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance (CASA) is in search of a qualified and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team of highly trained specialists. We offer both full and part time opportunities. The selected Instructors will be supported by our Program Director and a great team of Junior Consultants, Lead Instructors and Administrative support staff.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be capable of fulfilling the following responsibilities:
Provide part time 1:1 In home teaching with direct oversight by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children, adolescents and adults (ages 2-29) across various Virginia, Maryland and DC locations
Collect and analyze acquisition and behavior data
Experience Providing 1
1 ABA therapy in home, school or community
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Bachelors Degree (or working towards degree in related field Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc.)
Applicants meeting BCaBA requirements preferred, but not mandatory
Creativity, energy, and patience is a must!
Works effectively as part of a team
Reliable, positive, enthusiastic, flexible and hard working
Must have regular access to a reliable vehicle
