JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES The SAP Finance batch automation test analyst will be a part of the Finance Systems Roadmap (FSR) project team. FSR is a multi-year initiative to replace aging and loosely integrated financial management systems with a single source of high-quality and accurate data called eLedger, an SAP product. The eLedger platform has many automated processes, from inbound processing of transactions from hundreds of applications to internal processing of payment and depreciation to data delivery to hundreds more downstream applications. With each FSR release, more capabilities are added to eLedger and many of these are automated processes. The automation test analyst ensures that all of these processes function properly and meet SLAs.

The automation Senior test analyst will: • Aid in Creation and Execution of a test plan that starts with unit testing of small chains of processes and concludes with full day-in-the-life' simulations • Aid in Creating a detailed test WBS that includes preparation and execution steps for each simulation • Ensure data needed for each simulation is specified and the source for getting the data is identified; tasks for data preparation will be included in the WBS • Ensure proper test/simulation control procedures are identified and included in the WBS • Interface with staff from all supporting teams in the planning process and understand their responsibilities to support the testing • Improve the current test reporting process to ensure functional results and performance against SLAs are accurately reported for each simulation • Engage the FSR Master Control Room (MCR) to support execution of the test plan • Perform plan reviews with the MCR manager and MCR staff in preparation for test execution • Oversee the MCR as it prepares for and executes each test scenario, making adjustments to the plan as issues are encountered • Prepare daily executive reporting on progress • Present results to FSR executive team members aligned to the release each day • Consolidate documentation of successful coverage of test scope • Facilitate signoff from stakeholders for test completion • Facilitate lessons learned and incorporate feedback as appropriate into the automation testing process • Actively seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities into the automation testing process

Requirements

• REQUIRED SKILLS • 6+ years of Functional/testing experience with SAP FI, SAP BW, SAP BPC • Must have experience with AP,FA, New GL, BW • 6+ years of batch automation implementation or batch automation testing experience • 3+ years of global delivery experience (e.g. follow-the-sun / 24-hour work cycles) • 3+ years using MS Project • Experience with HP Quality Center • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong facilitation, influencing, and verbal/written communication skills • Executive communication skills

• DESIRED SKILLS • SAP experience • Autosys or any other job automation tool experience (Not test automation tools like QTP) • Finance/accounting background
