Responsibilities Of The Manager's Assistant
- Scheduling all meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Editing and creating correspondence
- Communicating with clients
- Putting together PowerPoint slideshows
- All additional administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements Of The Manager's Assistant
- Must have at least 1-3 years administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Great multi-tasking skills
- Can do attitude
- Customer service oriented
