Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Manage busy calendar and coordinate all travel arrangements
- Facilitate meetings
- Create a variety of presentations for both external and internal purposes
- Demonstrate leadership within the office
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may arise
- Provide administrative support to other executives as needed
Requirements
Requirements of the Executive Assistant
- At least 3-5 years experience in an executive assistant role
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- General legal knowledge is a plus
- Must be highly organized with a great sense of priorities
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to handle the ever changing needs of a small office
