Responsibilities Of The Office Manager
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and prospects
- Facilitating and coordinating meetings
- Preparing files and proposals for appointments
- Following up on deadlines
- Handling all other support needed for this individual
Requirements Of The Office Manager
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
