Responsibilities Of The Office Manager

  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and prospects
  • Facilitating and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing files and proposals for appointments
  • Following up on deadlines
  • Handling all other support needed for this individual

Requirements Of The Office Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
