Kitchen Manager
Responsible for recruiting and training all BOH staff. Able to mentor and motivate all subordinates.
Familiar with all local, state and federal regulations pertaining to hiring and safety and sanitation.
Able to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Passionate about serving the guest. Responsible for quality control, cost control and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and soundness of equipment. Will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining good labor and food cost percentages.
Is able to operate professional kitchen under pressure.
IHOP management is preferred. Very competitive pay.
