We are now seeking an individual versed in IHOP Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, menu and all other relevant materials. Track record as a trainer as well as leadership qualities will be necessary. Excellent communication and people skills is a foundation for this position.
Must enjoy sharing information and training one on one or in a group. Will be responsible for all training, screening of new employees and cross training as well as continuous training and coaching of all front of house personnnel. Will be responsible for cost control and quality control as well as maintaining a motivated, guest oriented team.
Will be training and leading full-time as well weekdays and will be serving with continuous training and leadership duties on weekends and holidays.
