Job Description This position is a Field Service Engineer for the US Army market segment. The person in this position is the on-site logistics technician, performing maintenance support activities conducted on-site for post-delivery C4ISR equipment installed aboard US Army mission aircraft.

Responsibilities include possessing detailed knowledge of ARL-M prime mission equipment Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)and Ground Moving Target Indicator(GMTI), Electro-Optical lnfrared solution (EO/IR),Operator Workstations, radios, crypto, and Data Links) and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment troubleshooting, Computer networking, corrective and preventive maintenance, software installation, Information Assurance, and supply support processes.

Must diagnose and affect repairs on location with detailed knowledge and the ability to use the hardware and software tools available. Monitor work performed by team members to insure it meets or exceeds established quality standards. Advise and assist in effecting design changes to improve equipment efficiency and/or reduce cost of operation. Devise and implement preventive maintenance programs and keep performance and maintenance records on equipment. Follow configuration management policies and procedures.

OCONUS travel to US Army mission operation sites. Periodic travel in the United States to attend meetings or to support assigned units at or outside their home base may be required. Position requires a highly motivated individual with a mature and professional approach toward accomplishing independent assignments. Field Service Engineers are company's "face to the customer" and as such, must have the ability to effectively interface with US Army personnel (from Private to Colonel), their contractors, and IS&GS-Defense subcontractors on a daily basis in a high op-tempo environment. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidate will be subject to drug screening as per company policy.

This position is located in the US Army Camp Humphreys Republic of Korea mission area.

Basic Qualifications Basic LINUX Knowledge

Board level repair
Radar support background
Component level troubleshooting
Must be willing to support international travel 60 - 80 percent travel
Desired skills System integration
Understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts.
Test background
Be able to Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions to radar systems and subsystems including data processors, transmitters, antennas and control systems using internally created and/or off the shelf products.
