You will complement our existing staff of 30+ recruiters that work in the Accounting and Finance, HR, IT, Engineering and Manufacturing verticals.
We already have perm placement and contract business in Clinical, Pharma and Life Sciencesand I feel confident that with our proven perm placement recruiting process and methods, our client and candidate database and the right individual, we can provide an excellent oppty revenue growth in that perm vertical.

Requirements

• Staffing, Recruiting experience at theSr Recruiter or Manager level
• Clinical, Pharma or Life Sciences recruiting experience
• Driven individual that can run a desk and grow a team
• Charismatic leader with the experience or the ability to train and manage a team
• Business Development(Sales) and Account Management background
• Strong Candidate Sourcing(Delivery) background including 'direct sourcing'
• A proven track record of delivering results
• A strong 'work ethic'
• Leads by example
