We are looking for an E-commerce sales account manager to direct the companys commercial efforts in the field of PC components and Consumer Electronics. The ideal candidate will be a driven, experienced individual with specific vertical expertise and product knowledge. The E-commerce sales account manager will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team in our Headquarter San Jose office. As a new generation of the business module, we offer great career advancement programs and solid training programs for new hires.
Responsibilities
Receive and manage inbound sales calls.Pre-quality each new account per the company policies.
Identify potential and strategic new accounts to grow the revenue of our e-commerce business
Increase sales by providing extraordinary customer service, professional telephone presentation, persuasion and persistence
Strong knowledge of PC products and sales techniques
Maintain and grow existing clients to retain and achieve the growth goal
Work together with marketing team and business development team through price campaign, promotion, coupons to close the deals
Keep customers connected to the latest promotions and coupons through Facebook, Twitter and other social media tools.Requirements
Fair knowledge and understanding of PC products and familiarity with e-commerce business model
One or two years sales experiences, previous experiences in online sales and online customer service is a big plus
Previous experiences in computer components or consumer electronics industry is a big plus
Exceptional customer service skills
Very detail-oriented, persistency and great time management skills
Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of a team
Fresh graduates are welcomed; we are willing to train
