Maxim Staffing Solutions Des Moines office is currently searching for LPNS to place in part time and prn positions in a variety of settings. Must have a recent 1+ years of experience in a facility or home health setting to qualify.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient
  • Performs focused interview to identify specific patients
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

    • Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
  • Full command, verbal and written, of the English
  • Current Health Certificate (per
  • Current PPD or Chest
  • One year prior professional nursing experience
  • Current BLS
  • Successful completion of the screening tests
