Serves portions of food items on serving line to guests as ordered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following
- Interacts with guests to determine which food items the guests desire.
- Answers questions posed by guests concerning the ingredients and preparation of food items.
- Serves food items in proper portions according to established procedure.
- Communicates with other line servers to relay orders.
- Helps maintain stock of clean serving ware on the serving line.
- Maintains standards of food safety.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.
