  • Prepares finished entre items according to recipes and menu.
  • Displays food items on serving line or buffet bar according to established standards.
  • Keeps work area clean and sanitary.
  • Maintains standards of food safety.
  • Bread and deep fry chicken and other fried items.
  • Filter and clean deep fryers, charbroiler, and flat grill.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.
