ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following
- Prepares finished entre items according to recipes and menu.
- Displays food items on serving line or buffet bar according to established standards.
- Keeps work area clean and sanitary.
- Maintains standards of food safety.
- Bread and deep fry chicken and other fried items.
- Filter and clean deep fryers, charbroiler, and flat grill.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.
