Our Senior Art Direcor combines exceptional conceptual skills with a well-honed understanding of effective communications. Will work with copywriter to conceive and execute concepts (for a diverse set of media including, but not limited to, print, collateral, video, digital, etc) that are creative and consistent with strategy, brand guidelines, and industry rules. Will present work with knowledge and flair; defends work with logic, creativity, and (appropriate) passion.

Our Senior Art Director
•Takes an active interest in clients' market and develops a sound knowledge of clients' product and target audiences
•Keeps current with industry trends
•Demonstrates the ability to review existing materials, gather appropriate in-house resources, and identify further research needs to begin a project.
•Designs in a range of visual styles as appropriate for different clients and mediums
•Follows through on original concepts with clear, concise art direction that is both visually interesting and appropriate to the subject matter
•Delivers work on-brief, on-time, and on-budget
•Incorporates ideas and makes revisions in response to the feedback and criticisms of clients and team members in a business-like, open-minded manner. Offers well-reasoned and thoughtful critiques of others' work
•Maintains responsibility for project through final execution, reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases
•Adheres to agency standards regarding file preparation, from concept stage through to final execution
•Seeks out and art directs photographers, illustrators, and other suppliers to produce high-quality work for clients.
•Works closely with print production/digital team to secure services for costs and under conditions in line with the agency's needs. Assists account team in determining time/budgets for projects
•Displays competent and convincing client presentation skills without supervision
•Works with account and planning team to understand and develop solid strategies for client initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience
•Knowledge of Mac OS platform, as well as all current design software, including, but not limited to, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years agency experience
•An appropriate portfolio
•Pharmaceutical Agency experience REQUIRED.
