Person must have a minimum of 2-3 years working in Human Resource Department. Should be familiar with maintaining personnel records including all appropiate documentation as it relates to hiring, termination, training, performance, benefits and other areas of Human Resources.Assisting with billing, compliance and helping employees completing online informaation as needed. MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH.Experience with ADP or comparable HRIS systems. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Upbeat with a positive demeanor would be HUGE plus.
