Warehouse Clerk

flavor ™! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure all orders are accurately filled on a
timely basis for inbound and outbound deliveries. Maintain daily driver
documentation and update management. Daily documentation of shipments and
receipts, and maintain shortage log and process reports for management. Provide support for process improvement, safety, sanitation, and training
initiatives. Work with the management to execute daily plans, update and
report daily metrics, and complete department indicators for inventory
control. Resolve shipping questions and respond to customer service
inquiries. Perform regularly scheduled cycle counts of all material in
inventory as needed. Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition
Follow all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Other projects
and duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Forklift certification required. Class C driver's license required. Strong demonstrated numerical computation
skills and analytical skills required. Strong demonstrated clerical and math
skills with attention to detail required. Ability to effectively communicate
with all internal and external customers via phone,fax and email required. Ability to concentrate in high traffic area required. Ability to exercise
discretion and maintain highly confidential information required. Ability to
work overtime and weekends on short notice required. Ability to lift up to
75 lbs. required. Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability
to prioritize in a fast paced, ever changing environment required. Bilingual
(Spanish) preferred.
