Responsibilities

  • Assure all orders are accurately filled on a timely basis
    for inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Maintain daily driver documentation and
    update management.
  • Daily documentation of shipments and receipts, and
    maintain shortage log and process reports for management.
  • Provide support
    for process improvement, safety, sanitation, and training initiatives.
  • Work
    with the management to execute daily plans, update and report daily metrics,
    and complete department indicators for inventory control.
  • Resolve shipping
    questions and respond to customer service inquiries.
  • Perform regularly
    scheduled cycle counts of all material in inventory as needed.
  • Maintain the
    warehouse in a clean and orderly condition
  • Follow all safety and Good
    Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • Forklift certification required.
  • Class C driver's license
    required.
  • Strong demonstrated numerical computation skills and analytical
    skills required.
  • Strong demonstrated clerical and math skills with attention
    to detail required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all internal and
    external customers via phone,fax and email required.
  • Ability to concentrate
    in high traffic area required.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain
    highly confidential information required.
  • Ability to work overtime and
    weekends on short notice required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. required.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a
    fast paced, ever changing environment required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
    preferred.
