If you are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have experience in retail you would make an ideal candidate to join our team! We are now in need of Customer Service Representatives at our Oakland area Money Mart store locations.
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to provide customers with a high level of satisfaction and convenience through the various services Dollar Financial Group offers at our Money Mart Stores.
This Position Is Responsible For
- Consistently provide a high level of customer service in a prompt and timely manner.
- Knowledge of all check cashing procedures, check rates, and able to identify the various types of checks.
- Collect sufficient data to enable the company to make risk assessments.
- Understand and implement all Dollar Financial Group's Customer Service standards.
- Input customer registration information completely and accurately.
- Display effective communication and listening skills.
- Exhibits positive attitude at all times.
- Participates in local area marketing as defined by supervisor and marketing plan.
- Demonstrates good cash handling skills according to DFG policy and procedure.
- Ensures customer questions and complaints are handled with a sense of urgency, using good judgment and superior customer service. Ensure all complaints are reported to the supervisor timely.
2. Salesmanship
- Knowledge of all products and services and how to cross sell them to the customer.
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets
- Properly use sales tools and reports
- Ensure financial goals/targets are met for the store
3. Store Operations
- Understand and complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Properly use the POS system to cash checks, process loan transactions, sell products, and balance cash drawer.
- Accurately account for all cash and negotiable equivalents by following all policy and procedures.
- Document and follow up on all turndown checks.
- Assist Manager in the collection process.
- Adhere to operational Security and LP policies as per company policy including all open and closing procedures.
- Knowledge of who to call in the case of an emergency.
- Knowledge of the general office duties and how to properly use all office equipment.
- Complete all paperwork timely and accurately.
- Maintain branch appearance and cleanliness.
- Insures accurate input of all data into company and vendor systems.
- Insures full compliance with all Anti Money Laundering policy and procedures.
4. Complete all tasks as directed by the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Lead CSR.
