Responsibilities

The Property Manager is responible for the marketing, leasing, documentation, collections, maintenance and improvements of all properties. In addition, the property managers core responsibility is to effectively communicate with our tenants and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years property management experience with with 50+units > preferably class A properties.
• Proven planning and organizational abilities.
• Computer skills>>outlook, excell, online applications, property management software.
• Positive Attitude & Well kept appearance
• Property Management Certification a plus.
