    • Job Description

    Technical scope

    • Understand the intent of business requirements
    • Collaborate with architects to derive treatment report (proposal).
    • Continues to revise scope throughout project lifecycle
    • Drive Inception & Design storming
    o Define technical scope
  • Drive prioritization of technical requirements
  • Owns the estimation and sizing of the technical work
  • Collaborates on identification of BCP & security requirements

    • Accountable overall delivery strategy
    o Ensures that impacts to delivery strategy are communicated to Application Owner
  • Release planning
  • Change Management
  • Management of technical execution risks & issues (partners with the IM/PM)

    • Manage project resources working on technical solution
    o Management of vendor resources engaged in delivery

    • Owns resolution of technical blocks (partners with the IM, Architect)
    • Accountable for the technical quality of the as-delivered solution (validate quality, defect management, sign off the test plan). Examples of defect management: differences between environments, VM keeps crashing.
    o Produces code & QA metrics

    • Accountable for Production support plan and documentation (ORR & ORT)
    o Knowledge transfer to Production Support team, including operations documentation
