Position: Corporate Trainer (ITSM/ITIL) - ITSM Trainer - ITIL Trainer
Duration: 06 Months
Location: St. Louis, MO
Rate: Negotiable

Job Description

  • Plan, track, and facilitate training classes for 10-50 employees at a time
  • Work with Process Analysts to develop training material for ITSM 7.6
  • Develop curriculum
  • Train IT customers on ITSM 7.6 Incident and Change Management modules
  • Participates in the setting of goals and expectations, as well as, communicates and provides training for the execution of processes within technology.

    • Requirements

  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of ITIL processes. Specifically Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of BMC ITSM 7.6 Remedy tool a plus
  • Candidate must have corporate training experience in a large (30k+) environment
  • Experience with developing multimedia training a plus
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent personal engagement skills (written and oral)
  • Has an excellent working relationship with Global Process Owners and Process Management team
