Supervise staff to ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and thoroughly. Develop and motivate staff to complete their tasks as assigned on a timely basis to the best of their ability and guidance on professionalism when interfacing with external organizations. Monitor and provide recommendations to Investors for junior lien course of action where Sr. Liens have initiated foreclosure action. Responsible for the general leadership of the day to day staff activities, establishment of necessary schedules for coverage and strategy execution, establishment and execution of effective dialing strategies to maximize borrower contact and collection activities, review of loans, development and execution of asset resolution plans. Responsible for monitoring portfolio performance and developing and executing strategies to address negative performance trends. Responsibilities include monitoring loans to ensure Bankruptcy Specialists are in compliance with their portfolio and taking appropriate steps for non-compliance. Manage reporting to ensure adherence to timelines and appropriate account follow-up is being maintained to support the best interest of the client and Quantum Servicing. Managing letter and calling campaigns to contact borrowers or borrower's attorney's as appropriate to present resolution plans. Responsible for the training and management of Bankruptcy Specialists. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors to promote continued business partnership to achieve corporate financial goals. Experience

  • 5 - 10 years in the mortgage industry or financial services industry
  • 1-3 years in default management
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Client relationship experience

  • Key Skills

  • Experience supervising at least 5 - 10 direct reports
  • Experience analyzing loan and borrower data and developing asset disposition plans
  • Mortgage or financial services experience ' specifically in default management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Education

  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: College degree in Business Management, Accounting, Real Estate
