Minimum: Masters degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, operations research or economics with particular emphasis on applied research or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be
Experience using SAS and/or other programming language, with ability to display proficiency in data management and
A strong understanding of statistical tools, as well as the principles of cost/benefit analysis, risk management, marketing and operations and their applications to mortgage
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as the incumbent will frequently be called upon to make presentations to senior management and to write documents that describe work products in a clear
Ability to operate well in a team
Understanding of modern regression analysis, including nonparametric
