Job Summary

If you are an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and exceptional social skills, you may want to consider this great opportunity in the Houston, Texas area.

You work both independently, and with regional tool sales representatives, to identify potential clients and schedule meetings that ultimately lead to sales of our industrial bolting technology. Established relationships with key contacts in target industries such as Powerplants, Refineries, Oil/Gas exploration, etc. are preferred.

Salary / Benefits

$80,000-$130,000 annually. Competitive salary and bonus structure with multiple perks including a car allowance as well as an excellent health benefits package.

Additional Requirements

  • You must be able to collaborate with client's engineering staff in the creation of Engineering Change Notices (ECN), as well as preparing and delivering Return On Investment (ROI) statements justifying capital purchases to upper management.
  • You must be comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to managers and engineers using multi-media.
  • You must also have the ability to inspire confidence and build rapport with craftsmen while giving live demonstrations of our equipment at the client's site.
