Our client, a top global market leading software company in meaning-based technology, is seeking a Service Operations Engineer for the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area to focus on extending / implementing the common service management frameworks that underlie their various software service offerings.
Salary / Benefits
$50,000-$75,000, depending on experience.
Ob Requirements Experienced in implementing services management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT, especially for IT services and delivery processes.
Should be ITIL V3, Six Sigma Black Belt or COBIT certified.
Excellent communication and change management skills to install the quality culture and to work with executives, business leaders and cross functional teams to drive Operational Excellence, CSAT and Revenue goals.
Experience in one or more information management domains such as digital records management, enterprise content archival, information analytics, or electronic discovery is desirable.
Engineering or Advanced Computer Science degree or MBA, with 10+ years of experience.
ITIL V3 and/or Six Sigma certified.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is strong plus.
Additional Responsibilities Enable the creation of metrics, KPIs for quality and timeliness of work product; productivity and utilization of teams; adherence to security and reliability standards.
Ability to present to and influence business leads / managers in the identification of processes improvement opportunities; defining KPIs and metrics.
Customer-facing or consulting experience in assisting organizations on quality certifications & accreditations like ISO 9K, ISO 27K or CMMI.
