A solid process background is essential to this role.

Salary / Benefits

$82,000 - $92,000, depending on experience. Fantastic bonus potential and benefits.

Education Requirments

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required in a related field. Online degrees will not be accepted.

Must Be Able To

Demonstrate experience with performance measurement.

Demonstrate experience with RAID based storage (NAS, DAS).

Demonstrate experience with SAN technologies.

Demonstrate experience Active Directory, DNS, & DHCP.

Demonstrate experience with VMware.

Microsoft SQL Server knowledge (SQL 2005/2008).

Familiarity with IIS / Apache.

Familiarity with Security Best Practices.

Linux a plus.

Scripting ability (vbscript, PowerShell) a plus.

Understand Network Cabling & basic configuration of switches.

Participate in an on call rotation to resolve after hours problems.

Additional Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware problems (multi vendor) and work with remote data center staff.

Rack and un-rack Servers (ability to lift 25 KG).

Understand/participate in shipping and receiving.

Troubleshoot / Install Windows Server Operating systems.

Understand / Participate in regular OS Patching Cycles & Server Hardening.

Perform server / hardware maintenance.
