We are currently hiring for a part-time and full-time Teller positions at our branch locationsin Las Vegas and Henderson!Please visit www.CreditUnion1.org to view all of our current openings.

TheTeller position at Credit Union 1 reports to the Branch Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager and maintains a positive relationship with colleagues.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Process member transactions over the counter, in the night deposit, through the mail and over the telephone
  • Activelypromote member service and products byidentifying member needs
  • Research and assist with member questions, problems and/or complaints
  • Maintain a balanced teller drawer
  • Serve as a professional, polite liaison with members
  • Maintain appropriate supply levels in the lobby for member usage
  • Cross train on other branch duties such as loan processing, branch statistics, etc.

    Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cash handling and sales experience
  • Good figure aptitude
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Experience with the public
  • Good communication skills
