Responsibilities

The Head Chef is repsonsible for all aspects of their designated kitchen & banquet area, which includes > menu creation & costing, inventory & reporting, purchasing, supervising, and MOST IMPORTANT > producing hiqh quality food consistently.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude, and well kept appearance.
  • 2+ years of managing a medium volume kitchen.
  • Proven plannning and organizational abilities.
  • The desire and ability to work 50+ hours per week as needed.
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer experience.
