Responsibilities

The Banquet Chef is repsonsible for all private functions within the Enertainment District's 7 venues, which can be as many as 4+ events in one day with over 300 people at each event. The Banquet Chef must be highly skilled at menu creation, food display, costing, inventory, reporting, purchasing, supervising, and MOST IMPORTANT - producing high quality food consistently for large groups.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude, and well kept appearance.
  • 2+ years of managing food service for multiple events of 300+ people.
  • Proven planning and organizational abilities.
  • The desire and ability to work 50+ hours per week as needed.
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Positive references.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent.
