Job Description & Requirements

Sell products and services offered by the company to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives. Provide efficient and friendly customer service while ensuring an extraordinary sales experience. Uphold and exhibit company values. Maintain strong knowledge for equipment, products, offers, and technical aspects as they relate to the wireless industry. Demonstrate ability to learn and understand new products and services. Other duties as assigned.

Meet Or Exceed Sales Goals

  • 30+ hours per week (full time)
  • Engage customers to explore sales opportunities
  • Conduct bill reviews on customers accounts
  • Maintain standards for personal activations
  • Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers
  • Attend all required meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Customer Service

  • Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner

  • Required Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge

  • High school diploma
  • Telecom experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
