You will need a BA with emphasis in Accounting or Finance plus well roundedFinancial Reporting experience, a CPA and solid expertise with SEC 10K / 10Q, SOX and MD&A. Your successful track record of accomplishments, skilledbest practicesand the ability to be noticed by thinking outside the boxwill increase your imprint and future growth options.

You will be involved in a leadership role with SEC statements& footnotes, MD&A quarterly writings, SOX and other related type reporting functions.
