    Our Government Solutions Division has been aiding US government Prime Contractors in staffing projects both CONUS and OCONUS in both active and non-active military zones of conflict. We support and assist Prime Contractors in staffing projects as well as a variety of Federal, State and Municipal agencies. We act as a partner supporting the staffing needs once the contracts are awarded

    We are seeking an experienced staffing professional with strong business development skills to both support our current clients and develop new accounts in this space. Candidate must have experience selling staffing services to Prime Contractors and/or directly to government agencies.

    Candidate's role will be to meet with prospects and existing clients with the goal of developing new relationships, and ultimately increasing our customer base. Our recruitment staff is industry recognized in its ability to locate and recruit personnel with all expertise, in any location (globally) holding all levels of US Government Clearances.

    A day in the life of a Intermedia Group Senior Account Manager includes

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients seeking either full time salaried or contract hourly based staffing. Clients include Prime Contractors and other government Contractors.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to ensure account growth
  • Developing accounts, while building up your own business and encouraging new business leads
  • Achieving growth in new and existing account formats
  • Understanding the business needs of clients
  • Responsibility for identifying and attracting high caliber clients.
  • Work in conjunction with the Managing Director and internal recruiting team

  • Requirements

  • 5 years' sales experience with a staffing company supporting Government Agency based projects
  • A proven/verifiable record of success
  • Strong customer service focus/skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ability to grow accounts
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure
