The Grill Cook is responsible for coordinating and executing the preparation of the guests’ meals, following Fuddruckers specification and procedures in a timely manner. This individual must have and/or obtain extensive knowledge of the menu items, ingredients and promotions. In addition to knowing the menu, maintaining ticket time turn around this individual must also ensure smooth operation of the kitchen, make sure the kitchen is stocked with proper food maintaining product quality standards, make sure equipment is in good working order and perform any other duties as directed.
