The main responsibility of this position is to build and maintain meaningful relationships with high caliber candidates in the technology industry.     Job Responsibilities

    • Perform recruiting activities (source, screen, interview, qualify, hire, and maintain relationships).
    • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified applicants using techniques including the internet, social media, professional associations, direct sourcing, networking, community relations efforts, and employee referrals.
    • Coordinate the interview and hiring process between candidates and internal staff for technical interviews, in-person interviews, background checks and new hire approvals.
    • Close candidates on the opportunity, compensation, job responsibilities and start date.
    • Maintain applicant database by with all candidate information and updated recruiting activity.
    • Travel to and attend recruiting events (job fairs, trade-shows, colleges/universities, etc).
    • Communicate effectively with management to ensure adherence to all EEO guidelines, regulations, and company policies.Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
    • Must be confident, competitive, and driven to succeed.
